 ## Free replacement vehicle from the at-fault party's PZP

The MOOV Assist service is intended for cases where a traffic accident was caused by another driver and the damage is covered by their compulsory liability insurance (PZP). Entitlement to a replacement vehicle arises during the period when your vehicle is undrivable or is at the auto repair shop.

While repairs are underway, we'll provide you with a replacement vehicle of a category appropriate to your damaged vehicle. The goal of the service is to maintain your mobility throughout the entire necessary repair period or insurance claim process.

MOOV Assist also provides administrative support and communication with the insurance company, repair shop, or other parties needed to handle the insurance claim.

If the at-fault party's insurance company approves the insurance payout, the client does not pay for the cost of renting the replacement vehicle. The scope and conditions of eligibility are assessed individually based on the type of damage, vehicle category, and repair duration.

## MOOV Assist – how does it work?

**1. Traffic accident**  
The accident was caused by another driver and your vehicle is undrivable or needs to go to a repair shop.

**2. Contacting MOOV Assist**  
The client, auto repair shop, or towing service contacts us. We verify the situation and prepare a solution.

**3. Signing documents**  
The client signs the rental agreement, the MOOV Assist addendum, and the necessary declarations.

**4. Vehicle handover**  
We hand over a replacement vehicle of an appropriate category, which the client can use during the repair.

**5. Vehicle repair**  
The damaged vehicle is repaired at the auto repair shop, which confirms the start, duration, and completion of the repair.

**6. Documents for the insurance company**  
MOOV Assist submits the necessary documents and the rental invoice to the at-fault party's insurance company.

**7. Cost reimbursement**  
The at-fault party's insurance company covers the rental costs.

**8. End of rental**  
After the repair, the client returns the replacement vehicle and the insurance claim process is concluded.
